Our Menu Philosophy

01
Nothing is Random

Every detail in your dish, from taste and presentation, to textures and aromas were carefully crafted to 'wow' you

02
Authentic with poetic license

When you know your food, ingenuity is allowed: anyone can grill a chorizo, but turning it into a proper restaurant dish, is another thing

03
The perfect order

We want you to come back. If you’re over-ordering, we’ll let you know honestly.

Our duty is to make sure you have a great dining experience. Sometimes, less is more, specially when quality is superlative

Argentina's beef industry boomed after Spanish conquistadors introduced cattle in 1536. The fertile Pampas and a small local market fueled rapid cattle multiplication. The invention of refrigerated transportation in the late 19th century further propelled beef exports.

Argentine beef's cultural significance shines through traditional barbecues and the iconic gauchos of the Pampas.

So, what makes Argentine beef exceptional? It's a winning combination of stressless, natural grass grazing, absence of artificial rush, and a healthier diet. Argentine cattle enjoy a grass-based diet, resulting in tender, flavorful meat. In contrast to beef of other provenance, grains and nuts are not a integral part of a cow’s diet, as they bring along health problems to the cattle, forcing the producer to resort to undesired antibiotics and hormones to keep the cattle healthy. With grass-fed beef we don’t have those problems.

Steak perfection Throughout the ages

Argentina, the land of tango and passion, has emerged as the fifth largest wine producer globally. Its wine journey began in 1557 when vine cuttings were brought from Spain. Initially focused on quantity, Argentina shifted gears in the 1990s to improve wine quality for export.

The picturesque regions of Mendoza, San Juan, and La Rioja, blessed with high altitudes and low humidity, offer ideal conditions for vineyards. Argentine winemakers embraced sustainable practices, cultivating grapes with minimal pesticide use and producing organic wines.

In 1868, Malbec arrived in Mendoza when French Agronomist Michel Pouget imported various grape varieties. This event is celebrated as "World Malbec Day" on April 17th. Remarkably, Argentina remained unaffected by the devastating Phylloxera louse outbreak in 1878, thanks to the vine clones sent back to their countries of origin.

Today, Argentine wines captivate the international scene with their bold flavors and velvety textures, carrying the spirit of Argentina in every bottle. Cheers to Argentina's lively wines! ¡Salud!
